Description

Employment opportunities go beyond the Chilean borders. Various Latin American countries are now developing their mining industries, borrowing from our experience. In other mining countries, the competency of our Mining Engineers is highly valued. A Mining Engineer is able to adapt, develop and utilize new technologies that allow the improvement of each stage in the mining business, with special attention to environmental conservation and sustainable development. In mining companies these professionals can work on themes related to the evaluation of deposits through the extraction of minerals, culminating with its processing to obtain pure metals at all levels of management and direction of the mining industry. In engineering companies, they dedicate themselves to studies, research, projects and consultancies.

Employment opportunities

There is a wide field of labor opportunities in activities associated with the mining industry, such as production work, in engineering and project companies, in equipment sales and services as well as research centers and mining explorations.
