The fast growing of Information Technologies (IT) availability has created great opportunities to innovate the way organizations create values and become more competitive. However, their capacity to use such technologies in Chile and the world has been in general unsatisfactory.
The reason of this situation - as research done by the Industrial Engineering Department of University of Chile and also by Mckinsey in the world has been validated - is that executives and experts, who work on companies and institutions management, are not prepared to design models, processes and business training according to opportunities offered by IT.

The aim of this Master in Business Engineering is to train students able to create, lead and execute creative and new redesign projects in companies using IT.
